1. Project Milestone & Initial Deposits
Custom software development, web engineering, and AI integration projects require an initial deposit prior to work commencement. Initial project setup fees cover engineering planning, server setup, and architecture design, and are non-refundable once development has begun.
2. Revision Cycles
- Each project agreement includes a predefined number of design and functional revision rounds specified in the formal proposal.
- Revisions apply to tweaking existing project scopes, layout adjustments, and functional refining within agreed boundaries.
- Scope additions requested outside the initial agreement are quoted separately as additional milestones.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only if Team Web India fails to deliver project milestones according to written contract specifications and after a formal 14-day technical remediation period.
