1. Client Ownership & Deliverables
Upon final project sign-off and complete payment settlement, all custom source code, web design layouts, graphics, database schemes, and client-specific AI prompt frameworks developed by Team Web India belong fully to the client as outlined in individual project contracts.
2. Core Frameworks & Agency Assets
Team Web India retains full ownership over pre-existing proprietary codebase modules, reusable AI connectors, internal automation scripts, and custom typographical assets used across multiple client applications.
3. Trademarks & Brand Materials
All brand logos, trademarks, and design identities displayed on teamwebindia.com are the exclusive property of Team Web India and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.
